The lady doth protest too much, methinks

If you are familiar with Hamlet Act 3 , Scene 2, there is a line that goes like this:

"The lady doth protest too much, methinks"

Shakespeare's play 'Hamlet' is one of the perhaps the most famous pieces of English theater of all time. In Act 3 Hamlet's mother Queen Gertrude speaks the line "the lady doth protest too much methinks," which is difficult to understand if you don't know the meaning of the world "protest" during Shakespeare's time. In this situation, "protest"  is meant to affirm, as opposed to the modern meaning of refute. Therefore, Queen Gertrude is trying to say that if someone puts too much energy into saying something is true, it almost makes you believe that they are lying.

I'm going use this same concept when addressing a couple of groups, the first being Atheists.  Specifically the loud ones like Bill and Neil.

Here are a couple of guys who are well known and successful in their fields, but who also have made a mission out of pushing Atheism on the public.  Both of these fellas can be very rude while doing it.
They like to be seen as intelligent and above others.  Bill in particular has a loud harshness about him when debating in the public eye.

Neil can be harsh and belittling as well, but his approach is more academic in nature.  His stardom has provided Neil with all the butt kissing that come with popularity.  When a person is all-the-time surrounded by "Yes-men" who would never disagree with him, (Hoping for his favor) that person begins to think of themselves as more than they are.

So what does this have to do with Hamlet and the above quote?

The atheist doth protest too much methinks.

When a person is trying to convince themselves of a thing, they tend to talk loud and long to other people in order to gain support for their own views.  It's the Strength in numbers angle.  "If everyone believes as I do, then what I believe is true".  Of course this is simple delusion.  Neil's quote above can be mirrored: The good thing about God is that He's true whether you believe or not.
I wonder what has happened to Bill and Neil in their past.  What has brought them to hate God so much?  Some great disappointment?  Who knows. (God knows)

Toward the end of his life Darwin's reluctance to discuss God diminished.  It was in the sixth edition of the Origin where his shift is most notable.  The sixth edition was the last edition edited by Darwin himself and was released in 1872, thirteen years after the first edition.  The word "evolution" appears for the first time in this last edition.
Darwin used the word "Creator" nine times, and the word "God" twice in the sixth edition. What is more important is what he said about life and the Creator's role in it.  Darwin never said that evolution was Godless or directionless.  In fact, I challenge you to read the sixth edition of Origin and you will see proof that both of these assertions are factually incorrect.  The second page of the Origin prominently displays this quote:
"To conclude, therefore, let no man out of a weak conceit of sobriety, or an ill-applied moderation, think or maintain, that a man can search too far or be too well studied in the book of God's word, or in the book of God's works; divinity or philosophy; but rather let men endeavour an endless progress or proficience in both." --Charles Darwin
It shouldn't surprise you to learn this.  Atheists are not looking for truth, or God.
They are only looking for a way to be their own god.  A self-made man.

This picture below clearly shows how willing an Atheist is to lie.
We are meant to believe that all of these people were Atheists.

I recognize Abe Lincoln, Mark Twain, Ben Franklin, Tom Jefferson,
Darwin and Einstein as well and Carl Sagan.  I don't however recognize the guy at the upper left.
Just below this picture you'll find quotes from all these guys, (Except the top left guy)
that will tell you a different story.

"Our reliance is in the love of liberty which God has planted in our bosoms. Our defense is in the preservation of the spirit which prizes liberty as the heritage of all men, in all lands, everywhere."  -- Abe Lincoln

"This is a world of compensations; and he who would be no slave, must consent to have no slave. Those who deny freedom to others, deserve it not for themselves; and, under a just God, can not long retain it." -- Abe Lincoln

"It is by the fortune of God that, in this country, we have three benefits: freedom of speech, freedom of thought, and the wisdom never to use either." - Mark Twain
"Science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind."  Albert Einstein"God is subtle but he is not malicious."  Albert Einstein

"God who gave us life gave us liberty. Can the liberties of a nation be secure when we have removed a conviction that these liberties are the gift of God?"  Thomas Jefferson

“Rebellion to tyrants is obedience to God.” - Benjamin Franklin

“It is the duty of all nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey His will, to be grateful for His benefits, and humbly to implore His protection and favor.” - George Washington (I know George isn't in the picture above, I just wanted to add this anyway)

So you have to make a decision, will you believe Albert Einstein, or Bill Maher?  Bill and others like him are part of a new religion called Atheism.  They have a flag, jewelry, a motto, tattoos and everything!

"A" is for Atheist

A tattoo is fairly drastic for a person who isn't supposed to believe in anything.
What's it mean?  Are you wanting me to join you in your saddens, loneliness and despair?
I don't get it.  How can you have an anti-group for a thing that doesn't exist?

Here's an interesting conflict in Atheism

How is it possible in non-thinking evolution, for a person to be cursed. (See below symbol)
Being cursed is a spiritual concept.  This Atheist symbol seems to be in conflict with it's own beliefs.
It seems to suggest that the Jewish Star and Christian Cross along with whatever those other symbols represent "Life Blindness"

There are plenty of "blind" people.  At least one of those people pictures below would like to have me killed because I'm not in Islam.  That's blind.  Blind to a real God who loves his people so much that He paid the price for disobedience for us.  We can do nothing to earn it.  The price is paid in full for every human ever born on Earth.

I wonder why atheist don't go after Islam?  do you think it's because they would be killed by the followers of Islam?  Most likely.

Here's a question?  How come you never ever hear a person say: Buddha damn-it!
How come you never hear people scream: Eli Whitney!  when they stub their toes?
Why is Jesus the only named used so loosely and disrespectfully?

Here's the answer: Jesus is the only name by which a person can receive forgiveness for wrong doing.  All those others require a person to do works, be more holy, keep from doing wrong and earn your salvation.  Well, a person can not be good enough.  Can't be done.  And this is the reason God/Jesus is at the center of all the atheist hate and anger.  Being your own god requires you to be perfect, and they know they fail along with the rest of us.  That's correct, Christians are guilty of wrong doing, not one is perfect.  The only difference is one has accepted the free gift of forgiveness and the other has not.

This idea, this plan would be better under stood by Atheists if they took time to read Gods Word.  But they don't read it.  They're not interested in it past misusing it. (Lying about it.  remember, there's no interest in truth without God)

Here's a loud brash example.

Sounds bad doesn't it?  How could a loving God allow a guy to rape and get away with it?
The answer is simple, the sign above is a lie from an Atheist.  Read what it really says.

Deuteronomy 22:28-29

New International Version (NIV)
28 If a man happens to meet a virgin who is not pledged to be married and rapes her and they are discovered, 29 he shall pay her father fifty shekels of silver. He must marry the young woman, for he has violated her. He can never divorce her as long as he lives.

So now you have read it for your self.  It says: If a guy rapes a women, he must make it good by marrying her and supporting her for live!  Funny how they left that out of the billboard.  But then they did it on purpose didn't they?  Bottom line.  If Atheists had any real argument, they wouldn't have to lie to try and make a point.

If Christians are happy and content, why do Atheists hold such crusades?
They don't think that we're lost or anything.  We're all just animals on planet Earth to an Atheist.
What's all the fuss?

The louder they yell and protest against God, the more they betray their real thoughts about God.

The atheist doth protest too much methinks.

Noah: Missed it by "that" much!

We did an unusual thing last weekend an saw a movie on the big screen.
I had some high expectations for Noah 2014, partly because it was Russell Crowe
and partly the subject mater.  If you're planning to see it, please be advised, you're not seeing the Biblical events surrounding Noah, you'll be seeing a made-up story more like Peter Pan or The Hobbit.

The movie was visually pleasing, the sound and effects were good with one exception.
The animal movements were odd and unrealistic.  Almost no effort was made to
research the truth.  I mean really, they could have had an EPIC movie for the ages,
but chose to make a near cartoon out of it.

The main prop, the ark, was a poor effort as well.  Wasn't shaped anything like the real ark.
There was a reason given, something about how it wasn't meant to sail anywhere, just survive the flood.  Missed it again.  They cold have used real life to make their movie better.

This is a Google shot from Turkey.  In it you can see the shape of a boat.
The little round building was constructed by the Turkish government as part of a
museum for the ark.

This is a picture from the ground.  See how the sides are splayed out, a bow and a stern.
You can see more of how metal fittings were found in rows, and wood fibers, animal dung and fur etc.  This boat is the same size as described in the Bible. (300 Egyptian Cubits long, 50 Egyptian Cubits wide, 30 Egyptian Cubits high)   Does it surprise you to find this out?
Don't be.  The World isn't interested in facts like this because is means the Bible would
have to be true, and they couldn't have that!

This is one of the iron "washers" and rivets found on the site.  It can been seen with your own eyes in Tennessee along with lots of other stuff.  Look for the Ron Wyatt Museum in Cornersville Tenn.

The ark would have had proper ballast and a boat shape in order to remain headed into the waves.

This would have been necessary because of the way the continents shifted during the flood.
From this, .............

To this!  That's a lot of sloshing around and accounts for many things yet
unanswered by "science" who are not believers in the flood.

If the movie makers had simply missed details, or added dialog, I could
wink at that.  They didn't miss stuff, they on purpose changed things and added
things in order to make "The Creator" out as being mean and silent while making
out as if "Fallen Angles" were good.  These "Watchers" as they are called in this
movie were depicted as fallen angles punished by God for helping man.

That's fairly blatant.  Fallen angles weren't trying to help mankind, they are
jealous of mankind because we are made in the image of the Creator.
I very sorry that the writers felt led to bugger it all up with magic fire rocks,
silly watchers made of rock, and believers in God performing voodoo
types of fortune telling.

Other missed details include:

- The ark took 120 years to complete
The movie showed a span of 10 years

- All three sons had wives on board
The movie showed only one, and she an adopted daughter

- The Creator closed the door to the ark
The movie showed that Noah closing the door

- There was only one window at the top
The movie showed all kinds of openings on the boat

- Twice Noah stated "In the beginning there was nothing"
But the Bible says "In the beginning there was God"

- No one but Noah's family was on board the ark
The movie showed one bad guy slipping onto the ark

- Noah was never under the impression that the Creator wanted to kill his family
The movie depicted Noah as the Creator wanting mankind to die out

- The oldest living person, Methuselah died well before the flood
The movie showed him dying during the flood

I guess I could go on and on but that should be enough.  I hope someone with
some brains about them will remake it and stay on target with it.
